Why can't I add my Gift Registry?

If you're having trouble adding your gift registry, first make sure that your gift registry is within our listed partners, which are Macy'sBed Bath & BeyondBloomingdalesTargetAmazon and Crate&Barrel. If you choose to create a new gift registry which is one of our partners, kindly wait for our system to update within 24-48 hours for your registry to be searchable. This also applies if you create them directly from their website, as we only update our system once in every 24 hours.

If your gift registry was already created for more than 48 hours and your name is still not searchable when creating the registry on your website, kindly make sure that you've setup your gift registry's settings to be searchable online. Please check the images below on where to change the settings on your gift registry:





Bed bath and Beyond and Bloomingdales should have these settings enabled by default.

If your gift registry is not one of our listed partners, you can manually add the information and the link instead. To do this, scroll down to the bottom of the box where you can add registries, and you should see a link that says, Skip this... Just add a Post. This will open up a window allowing you to add a custom registry with an HTML link.
