Confirmation link not working

The confirmation link would most likely not work if your email address has a special character such as "+", "=" and etc. The confirmation link is not properly detecting the special characters, which will route you to a NO USER page error.

To fix the confirmation link, you will have to edit the web address of the link that you're being routed to. 

For example, EMAIL ADDRESS: john+amanda@nearlyweds.com .

The confirmation link will change the "+" character to "%2B" as displayed below:

http://www.nearlyweds.com/user...%2Bamanda@nearlyweds.com

You simply need to change the "%2B" to "+" or "=" (depending on the special character). It will then accept the confirmation link and your account should be fully active

But if you're still having trouble with the link, we can definitely activate the account on your behalf. All you need to do is send an email to help@nearlyweds.com using the email address associated with the account, you can put a simple message such as "Please confirm my account" or "Please activate the account".
