Error when uploading Guests

Please make sure that you have downloaded the .CSV file that was provided. If you didn't use the file, kindly download it by going to My Website > Guests page, and click on the link Download this spreadsheet on the section UPLOAD GUEST LIST.

If you encounter any error saying "No guests were added", usually the cause of this is because you have not filled the Email Address field. Any guest added on the file that has no email address would not be uploaded, as this is required field for each and every guest.

3 things to take note before uploading your guest list:

  1. Excel users, make sure the file remains in CSV (comma-separated values) format when you save.
  2. Don't change the first row. Start entering your guests' information on Row 2.
  3. If you're using a MAC, you must save the file as a WINDOWS CSV file for the upload to work.
